Service Notes

In service 19 May 1917. Mixed service.
Another 1939 photo shows the engineer had written his name in chalk under the cab number: "H. Lombardi".
Replaced on the local by RSD-4 No. 201 in late 1951.
Donated to White Pine Public Museum, Ely, NV in 1960.
