Rebuilt to 0-6-2ST in later 1930's with extended frame, enlarged cab, trailing truck, and large coal bunker.

Rivet lines on cab and coal bunker as well as the handrails on the tanks are in their original position. The only Utah Baldwin whose tank handrails were not moved to the top of the tank.
